Many alumni were provided life skills and lessons in this building and Mr. Freeman could certainly tell some stories on some of them! The building was removed over spring break as it had served its purpose as an agri building and later bus shop since the 1930's. Lola Holt received first place in the Young Authors Competition presented by the North Central Arkansas Reading Council. The category was for 6th and 7th graders. Parents, tomorrow students in grades 3 - 10 will be taking the ATLAS state assessment for writing. Teachers and students have been preparing and know that our students are ready to be successful on the test. You can help by making sure your child is not absent, arrives to school on time, eats a good breakfast and is well rested. The reading, math, and science assessments will take place in late April/early May.
