If you currently have medication(s) stored in the Nurse Sarah's Office, please arrange to pick them up by your child’s last day of school. Medications must be picked up and signed out by an adult. Please pick up your child’s medication before the last day of school, May 21, 2026 by 11 a.m. The last
day for pick-up is May 22, 2026. Wonderview will not store medication over the summer. 💊☀️
All medications that are not picked up will be disposed of.
Please Note: We require a new medication authorization form to be completed
and turned in at the start of each new school year. Please feel free to stop by the Nurse’s Office during Open House on August 10, 2026 to bring your child’s meds. You can also complete new forms at that time.
